Questions, answered

How private is the property?
The estate sits tucked away on 40 private, wooded acres. The home is located at the end of a long tree-lined paved driveway. The only neighbors you have are the birds, roaming cattle, and occasionally a deer or two!

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Generally, our check-in time is 4:00PM; Check-out is 10:00AM. If available, early check-in and late check-out can be purchased. Please reach out if you are interested in either option!

Is everything really included?
YES! You'll have exclusive 24/7 access to every single amenity. Want to swim at midnight in the 90 degree water? No problem! Want to workout in the premium gym - open all hours!

Would you consider allowing events?
Sure! Reach out to us and we'll work with you. The Grand Badger is perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, birthdays and more.

Do you allow smoking?
No smoking inside the home or garage. Outdoor smoking is allowed only well away from the house, doors, windows, pool, and courts — not on patios or decks. Please take butts with you. Indoor or close-to-house smoking may result in an extra cleaning fee.

What's parking like?
The Grand Badger is located at the end of a long, private driveway. Parking is free and wildly available.

What is there to do for kids?
Um, only everything! Indoor pool, mini golf, free-play arcade, game room, theater room, basketball and more! Plus we're only 30 mins from the WI Dells -- the water park capital of the world!

Do you have TVs?
Grand Badger has many. 13 to be exact. This includes the 85" 4k TV in the garage, the 120" screen in the theater, and a TV in nearly every bedroom!

Do you have high speed internet?
Yes, we have high speed internet up to 1 GPS. Minimum 500 MBPS. The Internet is a hard-line, not satellite. We have a brand-new top of the line TP Link mesh system to ensure wherever you are, that you get solid internet performance.

I may need to work remotely. What do you provide?
Great question. Not only is there a dedicated office space that can be made private by closing doors, but also a desk with a private working space in the master bedroom.

We need a space for a business call like Teams or Zoom.

We have a dedicated 55" TV with integrated Yealink camera and sound that is made for Microsoft Teams and other popular conference call technology.

Are you handicapped accessible?
Absolutely! Not only is there a stair-free entrance, but the property has a full service elevator for all three levels.

We'd love to have a wedding here. Is this possible?
Yes. Get in touch with us and we'll help plan the event. Our location can be a great alternative to those who want a smaller, more affordable option.
